4 C’s Painting & Carpentry provides painting, carpentry, and related home improvement services as described on our website and agreed upon in project proposals or contracts. All services are subject to availability and may vary depending on the scope of work requested.

Estimates & Pricing

• All quotes and estimates are based on information provided by the client and a site evaluation (if applicable).
• Prices may vary if additional work or materials are required that were not initially discussed.
• Clients will be informed of any adjustments before work continues.

Payments

• A deposit may be required before work begins. The remaining balance is due upon project completion unless otherwise stated in the contract.
• Accepted forms of payment include cash, check, or money order. In some cases Zelle may be provided through the bank.
• Late payments may incur additional fees as outlined in your project agreement.

Scheduling & Cancellations

• Project start dates are scheduled based on availability and weather conditions (for exterior work).
• Cancellations must be made at least 7 days in advance. Deposits may be non-refundable if materials or labor have already been committed.

Client Responsibilities

• The client is responsible for providing a safe, accessible workspace and removing personal items from work areas before the project begins.
• For interior painting, the client may be required to move or cover furniture unless otherwise agreed.

Warranties & Quality Assurance

• We take pride in our craftsmanship and offer a 1 year warranty on labor (excluding normal wear and tear, weather damage, or client-caused issues).
• Any concerns regarding workmanship must be reported within 30 days of project completion.

Liability

4 C’s Painting & Carpentry is licensed and will take necessary precautions to protect your property. However, we are not liable for pre-existing damage, structural issues, or unforeseen complications beyond our control.

Use of Website

• All content, images, and logos on www.4cspainting.org are the property of 4 C’s Painting & Carpentry and may not be copied or distributed without permission.
• We reserve the right to update or modify these terms at any time without notice.

Privacy

We respect your privacy and will only use your information to provide services or respond to inquiries. Your data will not be sold or shared with third parties.
